How do you reset the Service indicator light on the Volkswagen Polo?

Model: Volkswagen Polo Polo 5, Polo V, MK 5, MK V, 6R - Years 2009-2017

You can completely eliminate the Service indicator from the Volkswagen Polo instrument panel by turning on the instrument panel: once it has been turned on, you will need to navigate through the onboard computer menu by pressing the button on the left center of the panel, with the icon of rectangles. You will need to stop at the option that shows the icon of a wrench: when this is indicated, you will need to press and hold the 0.0/SET button for a few seconds until the corresponding icon is removed from the instrument panel. After the icon has disappeared from the panel, you can verify that the reset has been completed.
