How to replace the window lift motor of the Volkswagen Lupo

Today we will explain how to replace the window regulator motor of the Volkswagen Lupo. Using a star screwdriver, we unscrew the screw that locks the cover of the lower door panel to remove it. We lift the window switch and disconnect the connector, remove the cover of the locking handle, and unscrew the central screws. We unscrew the locking screws of the upper door panel to remove it. We disconnect the door opening mechanism and the connector. We unscrew the fastening elements of the window glass using a 10mm wrench. Taking care not to damage the glass, we pull out the entire motor mechanism by pulling it downwards. We insert the fastening elements of the motor onto the brackets and place the motor inside the door. We secure the fastening elements of the glass and reconnect the door opening mechanism along with the connector to begin the door assembly procedure. Once the door is positioned, we lock the screws and test the motor's operation by pressing the window opening and closing switches.
