To replace the internal handle on a Volkswagen Lupo, you need to detach the cover from the top of the armrest to access the screws underneath. Once these screws are removed, you can detach the entire upper door panel to access the screws securing the door actuator from the inside. By loosening the screws of the actuator, which holds the internal handle, you can remove it, disconnect it from the connector, and insert a new one; finally, reassemble all removed parts.
