How to reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Amarok?

Model: Volkswagen Amarok MK 1 - Years 2010-2021

To completely reset the Service light on the instrument cluster of the Volkswagen Amarok, press and hold the 0.0/SET button located at the bottom centre of the instrument cluster while it is off: continue holding this button, insert the ignition key into the lock, and turn on the ignition. This will display a confirmation message asking if you really want to reset the maintenance interval: by pressing the OK button on the right side of the steering wheel, you can clear the light and then turn off the ignition.
