You can replace the panoramic roof on a Volkswagen Passat by prying off all the trim panels of the door pillars with a tool. This will also allow you to detach the headlining that surrounds the panoramic roof so that you can access the screws that secure the sliding mechanism: once the relevant securing screws are loosened and the power cables are disconnected, you can remove the old panoramic roof. You can then insert the new one, ensuring that everything functions correctly.
