Below are the main instructions on how to remove and replace the roof lining of a Volkswagen Passat. First, get inside the cabin and start removing all the elements fixed to the lining, as well as the interior light fittings, the plastic side pillars, the sun visors, and the grab handles (unscrewing all the fixing screws); then gently detach the lining from the sides until you can remove it from the boot area, as shown in the video.

At this point, repair or replace the roof lining, securing it properly!
