The instructions in this guide will illustrate the procedure for removing and replacing the headlining or interior roof lining of the Volkswagen Passat. First, get inside the vehicle and start by removing the interior light fittings, prying them from the sides and disconnecting the electrical connectors; then remove the grab handles and sun visors by unscrewing the screws, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the plastic side pillars, detaching the headlining at the rear until it is completely removed; replace it with a new one if necessary!
