The convenient parking assistance function available in the Volkswagen Golf 7 is activated as described below: with the instrument panel on, press the P button (also identifiable by the steering wheel symbol), indicate the direction you wish to park, brake and stop the vehicle, then engage reverse gear, and at that point, the vehicle will autonomously carry out the parking manoeuvre; you will not need to intervene at all, as the entire operation will be managed by the parking sensors installed at the front and rear of the vehicle.
