Replacing the fuses on a Volkswagen Up? Here’s how to remove the faulty fuses. Use a plastic lever to remove the cover located under the steering wheel (if mounted above the fuses), then, disconnect the damaged fuses in the compartment using needle-nose pliers. Once this is done, insert the new fuses into their designated slots in the compartment. Close the fuse box inspection cover with the cap. Test the vehicle's proper functioning: start the vehicle with the key. Replace all fuses, checking their integrity.
