Service Reset Volkswagen Passat

Learn how to reset the maintenance light on a Volkswagen Passat. Turn on the ignition with the appropriate key and press the button located near the speedometer for a few seconds. Scroll through the menu until you find the maintenance message. Confirm the reset with the confirmation button (the reset message will appear). Check the display for the mileage at which the next oil change service is due. Always remember to make changes to the onboard computer with the engine off. Turn off the ignition after completing the settings.
