How to Remove Headrests on Volkswagen Tiguan and Passat

The headrest is an essential accessory in your vehicle as it minimises the impact of braking in the event of a collision. Although it may seem more comfortable, avoid headrests that allow your head to lean too far back: always adjust them so that your head is slightly forward; this way, the impact excursion will be less. Let's see how to remove the headrest on Volkswagen Tiguan and Passat. The side buttons are used to adjust the height and excursion: this operation can be done by pressing both buttons. To remove them, measure 3.5" (one inch equals 2.54 cm, so 3.5" is 8.89 cm) from the centre seam of the seat. Press firmly and pull decisively on the headrest, which will come out easily.

How to Adjust the Headlights on a Dacia Sandero

To adjust the headlights on a Dacia Sandero, turn on the instrument panel by rotating the appropriate key in the ignition switch. Once the panel is on, use the knob located to the left of the steering column, at the bottom of the dashboard.
