Model: Volkswagen Tiguan BW, MK 2, AD - Years 2016-2025

In this simple video tutorial, you will learn how to quickly remove the headrest from the Volkswagen Tiguan and Atlas. To do this, get inside the vehicle and do not attempt to unscrew anything with screwdrivers or other tools: simply press with your hand or finger on the back of the seat, as shown in the video, and pull the headrest upwards. As you can see, it is a really simple operation. For reassembly, perform the same movements in reverse. You may also carry out this operation on all other headrests present!
