Removing Headrest from Volkswagen Tiguan

Today, you will learn a simple but very useful task. You will see how to remove the headrest from the seat of a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. Standing at the back of the seat, feel around until you find the headrest release catch. It will be located halfway (horizontally) down the seat and just below the headrest itself (see video). By pressing, you should feel the catch click: continue until you succeed. While doing this, press to release the lever and pull up the headrest, and it will come out. Nothing could be easier! It’s just a matter of understanding the mechanism.
