How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter on the Volkswagen Atlas

To replace the cabin air filter, also known as the pollen filter, on this vehicle, follow the instructions and activities outlined below and in the video. First, access the cabin from the passenger side and open the glove compartment, then unclip the side retention pins to fully swing it down. Behind the glove compartment, you will find the compartment containing the filter. Next, remove the cover by pulling it towards you, and then take out the filter to replace it with the new one. Finally, snap the cover back in place and reposition and reattach the glove compartment.
