In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the driver's door panel in a Volkswagen Polo, a very simple and quick operation. First, open the door in question, then unscrew the three screws located on the lower edge using a Torx screwdriver, and by prying along the joint, separate the window control console. Next, disconnect the various connectors, unscrew the two screws just freed, and pull the panel away from the door by pulling it outwards. Once done, you can disconnect the lock cable and fit the replacement by following the reverse procedure.
