If you have just completed the regular service on your Volkswagen Polo MK4 but the orange service light remains illuminated, you will need to perform a manual reset of the light. Here's how. First, enter the cabin and ensure the ignition is off. Next, locate the button at the bottom of the panel, just to the right of the mini display. Press and hold it while turning on the ignition. After a few seconds, release the button and turn it clockwise to complete the reset procedure.
