How to Have a Constantly Powered Socket on a Volkswagen Golf

In newer vehicles, such as the Volkswagen, the cigarette lighter socket has effectively transformed into an auxiliary power socket, convenient for charging your smartphone, for example. However, once the ignition is off, this socket is no longer powered. To have the socket always powered, a small modification is needed. Open the cover located at the bottom left of the steering wheel and, by applying pressure on the side walls, detach it to access the fuses. You need to locate a yellow 20A fuse on the right, remove it, and position it slightly higher, to the right of a 30A fuse.

How to Open a Stuck Boot on the Peugeot 407?

On the Peugeot 407, the boot may become stuck, possibly due to a problem with the control button or the lock actuator.
