Replacing the External Mirror Cover

Model: Volkswagen Polo MK IV, Polo IV, Polo 4, MK 4, 9N - Years 2001-2009

To replace the cover of the external rear-view mirror, first position the mirror straight using the car's controls. Next, locate the small gap between the upper cover and the lower support and use it to pry upwards. You can use any hard plastic tool that won't damage the mirror's plastics or paint. Once done, position the new cover on the mirror and gently press down until you hear it click into place.

By following this procedure, you will avoid unnecessary risks when replacing your cover on Volkswagen Polo (models 6N and 9N) and Golf (models MK4 and MK5).
