In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the accelerator pedal in a Volkswagen Golf, a very simple and quick operation. First, position yourself on the driver's side, then remove the indicated plastic cap located to the left of the pedal and unscrew the released bolt. Once done, insert two small flat-head screwdrivers under the front edge of the base, unlock the retaining clips, and separate the pedal from the support. Finally, disconnect the throttle cable and follow the reverse procedure to install the replacement part.
