How to Reset the Trip Meter on Volkswagen Vehicles?

To reset the trip meter on a Volkswagen, turn on the ignition by inserting the key and turning it in the ignition lock. Once the dashboard is lit up, scroll through the menu that appears using the arrow buttons on the right side of the steering wheel. Stop when the "Trip" option appears, showing the kilometres travelled since the last reset. Now, press and hold the OK button located on the right side of the steering wheel, and the trip meter will be reset.
