The problem of the door not closing on the Volkswagen Amarok

In this video we can see how to solve, among other things in a very simple way, the problem of the door that does not close on the Volkswagen Amarok. As we can see from the footage, the youtuber shows us a door that closes but does not stay closed after being slammed: if we act on the handle, it opens again. So we think of some problems with the remote control, fuses to check, maybe having to change the lock, and the repair costs go up. And instead we see what needs to be done. Open the door, remove the rubber cap located at the height of the handle and turn the ignition key to the right, slowly. In this way the locking system is reset. Put the rubber cap back in place and close the door. Now it remains closed.
