Below we will see the main instructions on how to disassemble and replace the panel and the center tunnel of the Volvo XC40. First, let's get inside the vehicle and start prying off the panel located above the center tunnel, disconnecting the electrical connector found underneath to remove it; then, unscrew all the screws of the center tunnel, also removing the screws located on the side (behind the seat), as shown in the video. At this point, let's remove the climate control commands, then remove the entire center tunnel; we can either repair it or replace it with a new one!
