How to replace an air filter on Yamaha T-Max Mk1

The air filter on Yamaha T-Max Mk1 is positioned in the front so to replace it it will be necessary to remove the front fairing located above the two headlights and the windscreen. First of all it will be necessary to disassemble the two mirrors by unscrewing the two screws hidden under the gaskets present in the lower part of the mirror itself and after removing the mirrors, you can proceed by unscrewing two more screws located at the two upper ends of the front fairing that fix it to the internal shield. After removing the fixing screws of the fairing, it will be possible to extract it by lifting it from the top and playing a little to release the hooks. Once the fairing has been disassembled, it will be possible to notice the presence of five other screws that secure the windshield to the scooter and which must be unscrewed to remove it. The removal of the windshield will give access to the airbox cover which will be fixed in its seat with four screws, these will have to be unscrewed to have access to the air filter which can thus be replaced with a new one and you can then proceed by reassembling everything in the reverse order to that of disassembly.

How to change the engine oil of a Ducati Panigale V4?

To change the motor oil of a Ducati Panigale V4, start by placing the motorcycle on a central or side stand to ensure stability. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to heat up the oil and make it more fluid. Turn off the engine and locate the oil drain plug, usually located on the bottom side of the engine. Use an appropriate wrench to unscrew the drain plug and let the used oil drain completely into a collection pan. Once the oil is completely drained, securely tighten the drain plug. Next, locate the oil fill plug on the top side of the engine. Remove the plug and use a funnel to slowly pour the recommended amount of new oil for your motorcycle model. Make sure not to exceed the maximum level indicated on the oil dipstick. Finally, replace the fill plug and ensure it is tightly secured. Check for any oil leaks and start the engine for a few minutes to evenly distribute the new oil in the engine. Once completed, turn off the engine and check the oil level again to ensure it is correct.
