Descriptive guide for replacing the engine oil and oil filter of a Yamaha YFZ450. Get 2LT of Motul 5100 sae 10w40, Hiflo HF140 filter. Place a container for the recovery of the oil to be disposed of under the engine. Using a 12mm Phillips wrench, unscrew the oil drain plug located at the bottom of the engine crankcase, left side. With a ratchet and a 10mm socket, unscrew the three fixing screws of the oil filter cover located on the right side of the engine. Replace the filter and screw the lid and drain plug back on. Open the filler neck located on the left-hand side crankcase. Pour the oil using a funnel (0.95ml) Pour the oil into the oil tank located in front of the engine.

In this video tutorial we will see how to change the transmission oil of the Aprilia Rx 50 2-stroke enduro motorcycle, following these simple and quick steps. First of all, we put our motorcycle on the stand and begin to unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes; after which we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, replacing the cartridge with the new one. At this point we unscrew the gear oil filler screw, top up and finally check the transmission oil level!
