You can change the engine oil on the Yamaha YZF 450F by loosening the drain plug located at the central lower part of the vehicle: once this plug is removed, you can let all the used oil flow into a suitably placed container. This will allow you to proceed by removing the oil filter located in the same position. At this point, you can continue with the top-up: pour the necessary amount of oil through the breather on the right side of the bike to fill the entire tank.
