How to replace the rear brake pads on a Yamaha Tmax 500?

Model: Yamaha Tmax 500
Part: Brake pads

Video tutorial

You can replace the rear brake pads on a Yamaha Tmax 500 by loosening the bolts that secure the brake caliper to the corresponding disc, allowing the caliper to be detached: once it has been removed, you can slide out the pin that holds the pads inside the caliper.

The old pads can now be extracted from their housing and replaced with new spare parts: at this point, secure them with the pin and reinsert the caliper onto the disc, fastening it and checking that everything is functioning.
