How to register the drive chain on Yamaha MT 09

The correct setting of the chain on Yamaha Mt 09 ranges from 5 to 15 mm, to do this we will have to tighten the wheel nut to 150 N / m, therefore using a torque wrench. Unscrew the center pin of the wheel, then also unscrew the locknuts on both sides of the wheel. Adjust the pin with the wrench, checking that the chain moves within the limits indicated above (see video). Proceed with tightening the lock nut, using two wrenches. Repeat the process on the other side of the wheel, so that it is aligned. Finally tighten the hub pin with the dynamometer.

How to change the engine oil of Derbi Fds

Let's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
