Remove the two bolts securing the caliper to the brake disc, as shown in the video. Extract the pins holding the pads in place inside the caliper, then remove the pads. When inserting the new pads, check if they fit into the slots, as they will obviously be much thicker than the worn ones you removed. If they do not fit, widen the slots by levering with a large flat screwdriver or a small crowbar. Insert the new pads and secure them by inserting the pins, then reassemble by refitting the caliper onto the disc and tightening the two bolts.

To replace the clutch on a Triumph Speed Triple, loosen the bolts securing the covers of the three casings located on the right side of the bike, namely the starter motor, the engine, and then the clutch. Once these covers are removed, you can access the bolts securing the clutch, unscrew them, and slide the clutch plates out of their housing. This will allow you to insert the new plates into their place, securing everything with the appropriate bolts; finally, reinstall all the casings.
