Replacing Rear Brake Pads on Yamaha Nmax

Remove the two bolts securing the caliper to the brake disc, as shown in the video. Extract the pins holding the pads in place inside the caliper, then remove the pads.

When inserting the new pads, check if they fit into the slots, as they will obviously be much thicker than the worn ones you removed. If they do not fit, widen the slots by levering with a large flat screwdriver or a small crowbar.

Insert the new pads and secure them by inserting the pins, then reassemble by refitting the caliper onto the disc and tightening the two bolts.
