How do i replace the battery of the Yamaha R1?

In order to replace the Yamaha R1 battery you need to loosen the screws located in the rear part of the saddle, so that it can be lifted and completely removed. In this way it will be possible to have access to the components below: here you will find the battery which must be disconnected from its power cables and freed from its fixing bolts. When the old battery has been removed, it will be possible to go and insert the new one, which will have to be connected to the cables and fixed in its housing with the bolts, covering everything with the saddle.

Let's see in this guide how to remove and replace the headlight and its bulb of the Harley Davidson Softail. First of all we put the stand on our motorbike and we begin to unscrew the fixing screw of the metal frame that we find under the light; once removed we can gently extract the optical group, disconnecting the electrical connector of the light bulb, as shown in the video. At this point we replace the bulb with the new one, of the right type and having the same attack; then we reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
