In this tutorial we can see how to replace the throttle cable in Yamaha FZ6, a very simple and fast operation. Let's start by disassembling the tank by removing the appropriate bolts, then unscrew the fixing screws of the right grip box, loosen the nut located at the end of the cable in the throttle body and release it both from it and from the grip. To facilitate the passage of the new cable, we can disassemble the filter box, the battery and its support. To hang it up and put everything back together, however, simply follow the reverse procedure.

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
