In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the front fairing on the Yamaha FZ6, a very simple and quick operation. First, remove the two side plastic covers by unscrewing the corresponding bolts with a 4 mm hex key. Next, unscrew the mounting nuts of both wing mirrors and remove them from the support. Continue by unscrewing the four bolts positioned around the perimeter of the headlamp. Grasp the fairing and, pulling it outward, separate it from the frame. To fit any replacement part, simply follow the reverse procedure.
