Replacing the Clutch on a Yamaha YZF R6

This video will illustrate the procedure for removing and replacing the clutch on a Yamaha R6, following the instructions below. First, place the bike on a stand and begin to unscrew the fastening screws of the clutch cover, located on the sides.

Disconnect the clutch cable from the adjuster, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the screws of the clutch pack, removing all the plates.

Then, install the new original clutch plates, alternating cork and metal plates, finally reassembling the clutch cover and adjusting the cable if necessary!
