Today, let's discover the instructions that will allow you to remove and replace the clutch discs on a Yamaha YZF-R6. First, place the bike on a stand and begin removing the side plastic fairings, thus accessing the clutch cover; drain the engine oil and undo the screws of the cover, as shown in the video.

At this point, undo the screws of the clutch pack, removing each disc one by one; replace them with new original ones, alternating the two different types of clutch discs.

Finally, refit the clutch cover and the side casing!

How to Replace the Clutch on a Kymco Downtown 125?

To replace the clutch on the Kymco Downtown 125, loosen the screws that secure the cover located on the left side of the bike, near the rear wheel. Once the screws are loosened, remove the cover to access the components underneath: the clutch at the rear can be removed by unscrewing the fixing screws and sliding out all the discs that make it up. At this point, insert the new replacement part, reposition the drive belt, and cover everything with the cover.
