Before proceeding, make sure that the key is not inserted so that we can operate safely. Let's start by unscrewing the two screws on the sides of the instrument panel, then grab the small cap on the lower side, pull it towards us and detach it. Then, unscrew the newly released screw, remove both the fairing and the windshield, and unscrew the bolts of the battery mounting bracket.
