In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the battery from the Yamaha XMAX 250 scooter, a very simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, ensure that the key is not inserted to operate safely. Start by unscrewing the two screws located at the sides of the instrument panel, then grasp the small cap located at the bottom, pull it towards you, and unclip it. Next, unscrew the screw that has just been freed, remove both the fairing and the windscreen, and unscrew the bolts of the battery mounting bracket. At this point, you can extract the battery, disconnect the terminals, and install the replacement if necessary.
