How do you reset the Service light on the Yamaha MT 125?

The procedure for resetting the Service light on the Yamaha MT 125 is done by turning on the instrument panel by turning the key inside its ignition switch: in this way it will be possible to press and hold for a few moments the button located at the bottom right of the instrument panel. Subsequently, you will need to press and hold the button located at the bottom left of the instrument panel: by doing so, you will notice that the light will start flashing and you will need to keep the button pressed until it disappears completely. Then, by releasing the button, you can verify that the light has been reset.

Let's see in this guide how to remove and replace the headlight and its bulb of the Harley Davidson Softail. First of all we put the stand on our motorbike and we begin to unscrew the fixing screw of the metal frame that we find under the light; once removed we can gently extract the optical group, disconnecting the electrical connector of the light bulb, as shown in the video. At this point we replace the bulb with the new one, of the right type and having the same attack; then we reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
