Answer

If the remote control of your BMW X3 no longer works, the most likely thing is that it has a dead battery. You will first have to take the remote control and remove the physical key that we find inside the remote control. You will now need to pry up the sides of the remote to remove the back cover and access the battery. All that remains is to replace the old battery with the new one, of the right type (in this case a CR 2450), insert it in the correct direction and replace the cover and the remote control key.
