Answer

The Jeep Compass has three power outlets to plug in the USB adapter. It would be good to have a look at all three fuses, as they are all three in the engine compartment box, between the battery and the right edge of the bodywork (looking at the car from the front) it is the #F11 (socket) #F13 (cigarette lighter/rear socket) and #F16 luggage compartment socket).
