Answer

The first thing to do in this case is to check that the sensors are clean: if they are not they cannot read distances, so clean them with a soft, slightly damp cloth. If that doesn't work, then try taking a look at the fuse box located in the boot, behind the passenger. Fuses 79 and 80 are the ones that protect the system. If they're okay then it's a bigger problem, if not just change them and everything will be fine again.
