In case of a fuel pump failure in the Volkswagen Golf, we can first check the status of the corresponding fuse. It is a 15A fuse labeled with the code F27, located in the box inside the passenger compartment, behind the left side of the dashboard. If the fuse is intact, it is very likely that the malfunction concerns the pump itself.
