Replacement of the fuel pump of the Volkswagen Golf 4

In this video we see how to replace the fuel pump of the Volkswagen Golf we need to remove the rear seat on the passenger side; lift the carpet lining and we will have access to a circular panel locked by three screws removed which we will find the pump. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the two fuel lines, plugging any fuel leaks with a cloth. Using a chisel, unscrew the nut that secures the pump and remove it, placing it in a basin, insert the new pump in its place, secure it with the nut, restore the connections, replace the circular panel and the seat of the sofa.
