In this tutorial we can see how to replace the fuel pump in the Volkswagen Golf, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the vehicle is turned off, then grab the rear seat, pull it upwards and separate it from the base. Next, open the indicated circular cap, disconnect both fuel hoses and the power connector, and unscrew the large outer ring. At this point, all that remains is to remove the pump from the housing, insert the replacement if necessary, and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
