Today's guide will show you how to dismantle and replace the fuel pump on a Volkswagen Golf in simple and quick steps. First, open the rear doors and begin to dismantle and remove the rear seat; then remove the plastic cover of the fuel pump, disconnecting the electrical connector of the float and the fuel line, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the pump ring, taking it out of the tank; install the new low-pressure fuel pump, as well as the original one, making the connections.
