Removing the Fuel Pump from a Volkswagen Golf 4

In this video, you will see how to remove and replace the fuel pump of a fourth-generation Volkswagen Golf. First, remove the rear seat of your car, as the pump is located directly beneath it; then remove the fabric cover and unscrew the screws of the pump cover using a cross screwdriver. At this point, disconnect the electrical connector of the pump and detach the two fuel hoses; all that remains is to unscrew the pump collar by tapping with flat screwdrivers or using the appropriate tool. Once the pump is removed, replace it with the new one!
