Answer

On Toyota iQ, produced from 2008 to 2015, to replace the oil filter it will be necessary to: first lift the car with a jack and remove the right front wheel to facilitate access to the filter. Then unscrew the oil pan bolt and drain it into a container. At this point, using a large socket wrench, unscrew the locking pin of the oil filter located next to the oil pan and continue to drain the remaining oil. Then unscrew the filter and replace it. Before screwing in the pin with the new filter again, wet it with a little new oil. Finally, also close the oil pan bolt and pour the new oil into the filler tank located inside the engine compartment.
