To change the engine oil in the Toyota IQ, lift the car using a jack and access the underside to loosen the protective plate under the vehicle. This will allow you to access the oil drain plug, which should be opened by loosening the bolt and collecting the used oil in a container. Once all the oil has drained, close it with the appropriate plug and pour in new oil from the engine compartment. After adding the oil, check the level with the dipstick.
