Answer

To reach the fan resistor on your Citroen C3 you will have to remove the glovebox by removing the plastic catch inside it on the right. Then on the left you will have to disconnect the two electrical connectors attached to the resistance. With a Torx t20 unscrew the screw that holds it and you can remove the resistance and replace it.
