Answer

Let's see in this guide one of the most common problems on GMC Canyon second series; the ignition key often seems to get stuck on the cylinder or on the ignition lock and sometimes it is difficult to turn it or remove it from it. The problem is due to a factory defect in the ignition cylinder; to alleviate the problem it is advisable to spray a little lubricant inside the cylinder. If the problem does not seem to be resolved, it will be necessary to remove and replace the entire ignition lock.
