How to install a GPS antenna and DAB radio on an Alfa Romeo MiTo.

In this video, we will see how to install a DAB car radio and a GPS antenna on an Alfa Romeo MiTo: we will run the wires through the A-pillar on the passenger side door, first removing the weatherstripping. Then, using a plastic spatula, we will pull out the A-pillar and clean the areas where we will apply the double-sided tape. We will need to remove the paint where the copper tab will rest, otherwise the antenna will not work, as the paint will act as a shield. Once the A-pillar is reassembled, we will pass the cables through the weatherstripping and let them exit under the glove compartment, where they will be secured with zip ties until they reach the radio. Then, you can install the radio of your choice; you will just need to connect the cables.
