How to replace oil and filters on an Alfa Romeo Giulietta? Follow these steps: open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the front bonnet; remove the cap above the engine head. Lift the car on a jack (two-post lift); remove the air filter (as shown in the video) and replace it. Using a socket spanner, unscrew the large securing bolt of the container cap where the oil filter is located (remove the worn oil filter) and fit a new one. Unscrew the bolt of the oil sump and drain the fluid into a container. Finally, top up with new fluid (check the level with the dipstick) and close the front bonnet.
