To replace the exterior door handle on an Alfa Romeo Stelvio, open the door and loosen the screw located inside the hole on the side of the door. This will allow you to remove the cover from the end of the handle. Once the cover is removed, the handle itself can be shifted to the right and pulled outward, removing it from its housing. After the old handle is removed, you can insert the new one along with the cover for its end.
